My final decision (whether to use you) was based on how Allie responds to the staff. She is treated well during her time with you. I like that you care-you live onsite-that the dogs and other guests are your priority. The dogs are safe with you.
First experience was very positive. We appreciate your grooming efforts on Odins behalf. He looks great. I thought as the first time boarding and he hated crates that it was positive that when someone went back through the door toward the office and kennels-he followed!
