Just used Part of the Family Kennels from August 15th and just picked up both of our babies this morning! This is only the 3rd time I’ve ever been away from my fur-babies in 11 years. In the past at other kennels/boarding facilities, our two boys didn’t want anything to do with me or my husband after I picked them up. I just thought that maybe they didn’t like being away from us. After picking them up today, I guess I was completely wrong. After picking them up, as we were walking out of the office, they actually acted like they wanted back inside LOL. Then after I got them into my vehicle, they both were whining. This has never happened before! Now that we are back home, they are completely worn out and have been sleeping and haven’t left my side. I’m just so surprised they aren’t mad at me for leaving them! Now after knowing all of this and how they acted, from now on, I will always take them to Part of the Family Kennels! Maybe now my husband and I can actually travel places knowing that our babies will be well taken care of! I was so afraid of leaving my babies because my oldest is an 11 year old Yorkie and is on a lot of medicine and is in congestive heart failure and my other is a 9 year old chihuahua mix was adopted when he was 3 and he doesn’t really like many people. Thank you so much for taking care of my fur-babies and for dealing with me when I kept calling to check on them. Y’all did such an amazing job and I’ll definitely be recommending y’all to family and friends and will definitely be using y’all from now on!!!
